¿Qué hago si mi computadora portátil de Hp se inicia con una pantalla en negro y un cursor que sólo?
Mi cargas portátil de HP y cuando llega el momento cuando decidí que un perfil de carga de costumbre de la pantalla. La pantalla es negro y sólo tiene un cursor. Incluso cuando entro en los otros modos lo hace. ¿Cuál es el problema y cómo puedo solucionarlo?
